The Parade of Homes™ is an annual event presented by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin showcasing the newest trends in construction, building design, interior decor and landscaping in one of the country’s most vibrant real estate communities.

2012 Parade of Homes: October 27 to November 11

The 58th Annual Parade of Homes will present a variety of custom home designs to fit any needs or design dreams — including Texas Hill Country, Craftsman, Soft Contemporary and Ultra Modern.  Priced from the mid $700,000s to more than a $1,000,000, the Parade will be in The Overlook Estates.

This custom home community is just 20 minutes southwest of Austin. Located on Circle Drive near the Thomas Springs Road intersection, Overlook Estates is just west of the ‘Y’ in Oak Hill.

The development features acreage lots with hill country views. The wide variety of home pricing will meet the needs of a key move-up demographic for Austin families with some of the region’s best private schools nearby.

Event Details:

Open everyday from October 27 through November 11 (closed Tuesdays), 11am – 7pm.

Tickets are available at the gate (cash only) and are $ 15 for adults 18 and over ; $25 for couples; $12 for seniors 62 and better as well as children 3 to 17 years. Children under 3 are admitted free.  With a military ID, tickets are just $10.
